Punta de Lanza

The Brief

Celebrate 30 years by documenting something bigger than the brand.

For Paladius' 30th anniversary and rebrand from Industrial Fire Products, we looked beyond a traditional company retrospective to tell the story of the people, events and advances that helped shape Puerto Rico's first responder industry.

The Idea

Let the people who lived the history tell it.

Punta de Lanza became a documentary-style series built around firsthand stories from people connected to the industry. The resulting chapters move through the company's origins and evolution, first responders and rescuers, pivotal events, technological change, Paladius' legacy and its vision for the future.

Beyond the Film

I extended the documentary narrative into an editorial and social content strategy, using articles, newsletters and social content to give individual stories more context and keep the anniversary conversation moving beyond each video release.

The published articles expand on topics introduced by the series, including the company's origins, people behind Paladius and its future.

Why It Feels Like Me

The strongest content starts with knowing what questions to ask to achieve the most authentic response. Punta de Lanza required research, listening and the ability to find a larger narrative inside individual experiences. Instead of forcing thirty years of history into one brand film, we built a content system where interviews became episodes, episodes became editorial stories, and each piece gave the audience another way into the larger Paladius story.
